Board and Governance
Farm Credit of Southwest
Kansas is governed by a Board of Directors which
consists of ten members made up of nine stockholder
borrowers elected by our stockholders, and one Appointed
Director. Directors serve three year terms and are
nominated by a committee of borrowing stockholders.
Elections are held annually in conjunction with our
Annual Meeting.

Our
Board of Directors
is selected to represent each of
four regions of our service area in Southwest
Kansas.
Audit Committee
Our Audit Committee is comprised of
three members from our
Board of Directors
and is established according to the provisions of the
Audit Committee Charter.
